We have worked with John King and Promise Construction since 2006. His work ethic, his craftsmanship and his integrity are exemplary.

We met John when after we had begun a total remodel of our condo on Golden Gate Point. We realized that the team we had hired originally was not performing up to our standards and much of the work would have to be redone. After searching for a new contractor a friend suggested John King. We hired John and it was the best decision we have ever made. He and his team quickly came in and turned the project around. Since we were in a somewhat desperate situation John could have taken advantage of the situation. He did not. His proposal was more than fair. Further the quality of the work was excellent. His team of craftsman were courteous, timely and neat. As a result of John we believe we have the best remodel in our building.

Since that time John has continued to work for us. While the jobs have been considerably smaller than the original project, John and his team always make you feel that your job is very important to them. He is extremely responsive.
